    • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
    • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs: 2.
    • Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
    • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
    • Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
    • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
